Background
Last year’s Volunteers Day proved very successful, with the main objective
clearing the outside boundaries of the club.
OBJECTIVES
Paint -
Areas identified are:
1.
Shower area.
2.
Walls of changing rooms 2 and 3.
3.
Grey wall around darts board.
4.
Changing room doors.
5.
Entrance to club house.
6.
Other corridors in changing room area.
Painting equipment will be provided
Clear-
Areas are:
1.
There are many areas at the boundaries that the club needs tidying up.
2.
Clearing the areas up behind posts to retrieve balls.
3.
Keeping the parking area well maintained and managing overhanging
trees.
It would be helpful if you bring your own tools as we have limited equipment.
Organisation.
We will be asking players and parents to help either at:
Morning session 10am to 1pm or
Afternoon session 1.30pm to 4.0pm.
Nearer the date we will be grateful if you contact Peter Merriman and inform
him which session you can attend and your choice of activity.
